August may have been my most exciting month yet! The wide variety of projects, including a show, nursery, wedding, and international-bound art, and a MURAL were simply spectacular. Read to the end to see the BIG news coming up that may just top all of that.

Summer celebrations are underway. From cocktail menu art at weddings, painted custom invitations for an engagement party, a bottle (or two), and a watercolor class, June was a month to remember!

Why is July so hot? The best way to keep cool was painting champagne bottles, yachts, and bar art. Ahh, feeling better already!

May is a month of celebrations. It’s filled to the brim with events and holidays. From Mother’s Day, Graduations, Teacher Appreciation Week, Anniversaries, Weddings, Birthdays, there’s always something to celebrate in May.

April in Tulsa is the absolute best. The Tulips start blooming at the beginning of the month, followed by the vibrant red buds, dogwoods, irises and greening trees. While everything was coming alive outside, I was busy painting so many lovely things in my studio. From bottles and auction items, to nursery art and a logo design, April was a busy month!

March was a big month! From keeping busy in the studio with custom pieces, to being a vendor at my first show, and lots of new exciting things in the works, catch up on all the updates and news here!

Valentines Day is a very popular gift giving holiday for portraits and this year, was no exception. In addition to lovely watercolor portraits of happy couples and lovely homes, I also opened up my very first round of painted bottle commissions!

I painted some lovely pieces of Philbrook in partnership with The Inviting Place for some upcoming spring weddings. The Philbrook gardens are one of the best places to see tulips in late March, early April. Plus, the gardens are beautiful year round with the gorgeous architecture of the buildings, structures, and garden art surrounding the perfectly manicured gardens.
