February 2022 Monthly Review

February is always a wonderful month for painting!

Valentines Day is a very popular gift giving holiday for portraits and this year, was no exception. In addition to lovely watercolor portraits of happy couples and lovely homes, I also opened up my very first round of painted bottle commissions!

I loved painting the hearts, flowers, initials, symbolism and more on these bottles. They were such show stoppers for your Valentine’s and Galentine’s Day celebrations!

Outside of Valentine’s Day, I created a batch of black and white house illustrations used on housewarming gifts. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the hot item of the year!

Behind the scenes, I’m working on a super big project for March: I’m going to be a vendor at the OKGO Market!

For the first time, prints and originals will be available in person as part of the 150+ vendor market March 19, 2022 at Expo Square Tulsa from 10am - 5pm. Admission is free. Keep an eye on my Instagram to see peeks of pieces that are coming to this market of Oklahoma makers and small businesses!
