Digital file provided and art comes as is. Files are limited by size depending on how they were originally painted. Licensing price dependent on painting size. No changes are available (beyond removal of watermark and signature for printed use). Any additional illustrations can be painted, digitized, and digitally compiled to existing venue art for a fee dependent on additional work’s size and complexity.

A licensing agreement is digitally accepted at purchase acknowledging the intended personal use, permission to share with printer for intent of event use. File is not to be shared, duplicated, or used outside of intended personal event use outlined in the terms provided. Separate licenses available for merchandising, branding, commercial use, and digital publishing.

FAQs - Is Licensing Right for Me?

YES! You can purchase a Personal Use License of any of the art from the bank to receive a file that is: high resolution, transparent PNG, signature & watermark removed, and permission to print for your event use. This does not transfer copyright. The artist retains copyright of the art created.
That just right feeling! I can offer an Exclusivity Upgrade ($$) so that you can be the only one using the art for a set period of time (usually up to your wedding date). Right up to your start of your new forever.
Alexa’s Illustrations retains all copyright ownership of her art, so you may see her use art pieces for other clients, in mock suites, in marketing and promotional material, and on social media.
YES! You can purchase a Business Use License of any of the art from the bank to receive a file that is: high resolution, transparent PNG, signed, watermark removed, and permission to print for marketing distribution with artist credit. Additional licenses can be added for website publishing and merchandising (stickers, bookmarks, etc). All art use expectations must be established up front and a license in place before any additional art use. This does not transfer copyright. The artist retains copyright of the art created.
YES! You can purchase a license to receive a file that is: fully compiled and ready for publishing, high resolution, watermark removed, includes business information/branding & artist credit, and permission for branding and publishing online with artist credit. Any additional rework and editing costs are in addition to the license.

So glad you love it! Hold tight, I do offer copyright releases ($$$), but I have to check to make sure no one else has a current license for the piece.
No! I value your privacy and any art depicting specific people or private homes would not be available for licensing (unless your sister is getting married at the family home I illustrated a few years ago, we can dust that off with a new license).
Even if the custom piece has your likeness or home, Alexa’s Illustrations still retains copyright ownership. This allows use in the artist’s portfolio, marketing, and social media.
