Deus Wedding Invitations & Alexa’s Illustrations venue artist

This summer brought a special wedding! As a wedding professional creating custom art for wedding invitations, often my contribution to a couple’s dream day happens months (or years) in advance. This was one of those weddings that I’ve been patiently waiting for.

It started a year and a half ago at the Wed Society Book of Weddings release event, mingling with fellow vendors, when the partnership of a giveaway came together. You can read about the giveaway on this blog post. The venue for the couple, Vinterra has been a popular venue! Since the giveaway, I’ve had a few other couples tie the knot at this Bixby event center, even creating a watercolor version in addition to the digital illustration.

This first Vinterra wedding, however, was selected by the Wed Society as a featured wedding! I love pouring over the beautiful photos of the celebration on this bright summer day by the gorgeous pond. All the loved ones smiling and the meticulous work by the talented team of Oklahoma wedding vendors.

My venue illustration was included in the wedding invitation suite by Deus Wedding Invitations. The day was beautifully captured by Tammy Odell.
